Dr.Nita is amazing! He is heaven sent, he recently saved my life!! I had very bad pre-eclampsia which resulted in congestive heart failure, which Hilo Hospital misdiagnosed as pneumonia days before seeing Dr. Nita. Upon seeing Dr. Nita for my routine visit, he informed me of my pre-eclampsia & scheduled an emergency c-section. 3 Days after giving birth and being monitored, we were release from labor and delivery.. hours after getting home I could not breathe and was rushed to Hilo Hospital ER via ambulance where Dr.Nita was called in and he coached the nurses on how to help me and what medicines to give me. I was admitted to ICU & Dr.Nita checked on me every morning & every evening. Not even my PCP does that!! Dr. Nita cares whole-heartedly!! If it were not for Dr.Nita I don’t think I would be alive today. He has been my gyno for 19 myears & I am truly grateful to him!!!
