Dr. Frazier was awesome however there is a front desk person.. Christy: she wore an ID with a badge that said may I help but when I told her I was able to fill out the paperwork because I am right handed and can't write with my left, she said you have to fill them out, never offered to help and gave me a dirty look when I said I'll have my husband fill them out. Totally mean spirited and unprofessional.
