Dr. Kaden was very thorough with my son and took her time to get a detailed medical history from us since he was a new patient. She listened to concerns and was compassionate and patient (even though I can be slow with paperwork and quite the scatterbrain). She made sure my son and I were fully informed with information packets regarding an optional vaccination and gave us private time to discuss the pros and cons before making a decision.
