Dr Garces is a breath of fresh air and sets the standard as a practitioner. His attitude, energy, and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently are above reproach. I have had too many Dr's in the last couple of years, specialist for this and for that, so I was dreading another appointment. I was extremely surprised, and wonderfully pleased with our visit. Other Dr's should strive to achieve his level of practice.
