I recently moved to this area and had to start from scratch with my entire care team. I was referred by a very caring doctor whose practice I was fairly new to. My referral to Dr. Bao probably saved my life. He took his time combing through my entire medical history, and was able to diagnose me with a condition that I had very little knowledge about. All of my doctors in the past 20 plus years missed the signs, but not Dr. Bao. He has advocated for my treatment and well being every step of the way. His office promptly responds every time I reach out to them. This is the first time in a long time I feel like I can truly lean on a doctor to improve my quality of life. So thankful to have him as part of my care team, hopefully for many years to come.
