Since I had been to the UPMC ER where the physician told me I have COPD and it took a couple of weeks before I was able to see the above doctor, I was very worried. She immediately went over all the information I had given her ahead of time including a CD of a previous Chest CT Scan and proceeded to calm all my fears. She was very knowledgeable in explaining everything involving what I told her was going on with me and she informed me of a solution - also telling me I definitely did not have COPD. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend her very highly.
