How likely are you to recommend Dr. Moore?
I was a patient from 1996-2022 26yrs. When I met him I had already had 3 ENT's try and fix my problems and at no avail. When I met Dr. Moore he looked at me and in like minutes maybe 2 he told me what was wrong, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He also told me I would most likely be deaf by 40. I was nervous but he hugged me and said he would do his best. Little did I know that what I was to go through was horrific. You got to understand that I have a deterioration of my ears and bone structure of the skull. So nothing to laugh about. I've had around 15 surgeries just on my head for my ears alone. If not for him I would be completely deaf right now. He tried everything possible and I thank that man to the bottom of my heart. You need to understand he was a very busy man and knew his job. People always want immediate gratification from Dr's, that's not life. He was always hard to get into he was busy, waited 2 hrs to see him once. He had an emergency and I understood, I would want that kind of care if it needed a Dr like that. I don't understand people today and their I need it now attitude. I guess when faced with a disease that can take your life in drastic avenues you will wait. Patience is a virtue. I miss him, he my not have been understanding in your situation but he payed me the upmost respect. May he be blessed and retire with grace knowing he was a remarkable man.
