How likely are you to recommend Dr. Schiller?
Before Dr Schiller there was Dr Jacobs in Burbank whom I had been seeing since 2008 for stage 0 breast cancer. Long story kinda short, I had been feeling sick and losing weight and going back and forth with Dr Jacobs who ran bloodwork and urine tests. After results came back he informed me that I just had inflammation and to come back in 3 months. Well I continued to lose weight, coughing and abdominal pain. Well my daughter works at UCLA and decided to take me to ER there instead of St Joseph Burbank. After many test and scans I was referred to Dr Schiller who immediately did a bone marrow biopsy and discovered that I had stage 4 Classical Hoskins Lymphoma. Without any further delay he order a port to be inserted and I started chemotherapy the next day. I had 6 rounds of chemo and now it’s been 16 months since I’ve been in remission. I asked Dr Schiller was I cured and he told me that he didn’t like using the word cured until it has been after 5 years. He saved my life & I’m grateful
