Dr. Gary ARTHUR is the best Psychiatrist that exists period. I have been a patient for 16 years and I believe that I would not be alive if I never met him. I rate him with 10 Golden Stars for treatment that he and his staff has provided me for so many years. Thank you Doctor ARTHUR! Your #1
