We switched from a pediatrician in the grove who originally was attentive and great for my children but since then became a factory and the level of care dropped drastically so we had to leave. We also had issues with an on-going sickness where their previous dr would prescribe crazy amounts of medication for an “ear infection” but found out that they were misdiagnosed and was taking medicine they didn’t need. Kramer is very thorough even though wait times can be long, he does know what he’s doing. Office staff and nurses could be better but if I had to choose between a dr who misdiagnosed my children or a dr who had long wait times I will gladly choose Kramer. They do offer same day appts which is super important. My kids are actually in the office a lot less than we were previously and I owe that partially to Kramer. Reviews saying he’s arrogant are a misconception. Your family will be lucky to have someone as knowledgeable caring for your child.
