I have seen Dr. Penny for 14 years and he literally saved my life. When I first saw him, he knew I was over medicated and transitioned me to a different medication combination and it made all the difference in the world. I was no longer a zombie and felt as though I got my life back. On the rare occasion I had an emergency I was able to be seen that day. He doesn’t conform to fad treatments and will work diligently to find the best treatment. His office manager isn’t just a “secretary” as one reviewer referred to her as - she’s also a physician. Most times I do get a reminder phone call, but being a grown-up I know to put it in my calendar so I don’t rely on the appt reminder call that is a “courtesy” not an expectation. And while some may be put out bc they can’t swipe a card, it keeps the patients from incurring the service fees. Dr. Penny is a brilliant physician who truly cares for his patients and I am very fortunate to be under his care.
