Great results from Dr. Brigham in regards to my AFIB . Feeling really good now and continuing with lifestyle changes he recommended . His assistants did well also but the office staff at the Cardiology Department at St. Anthony in Crown Point Indiana needs serious attention . This negative comment does not reflect on the Doctor or his Physicians Assistants who meet with patients also but the general Cardiac office staff which at times I witnessed mass confusion both in person and on the phone with records , scheduling , discharge instructions, billing etc . My concern is this confusion by office staff I witnessed on occasions may be prevalent in other departments at St. Anthony which could be a direct reflection of below average management skills and leadership of current St. Anthony's managers . Again these comments in no way reflect any negativity in Dr. Brigham or his Cardiac Physicians Assistants but is directed at St. Anthony Management team for the operations of the hospital .
