He took on my emergency pacemaker installation after a surprising EKG finding of 3rd degree heart block. He was very caring and patient, answering all questions. And seemingly did excellent surgery. Follow-up phone video chat was late and did seem a bit hurried (likely due to an unrelated unexpected delay), but did not detract from the quality of the important stuff.
