Dr. Falk was easy to understand and he explained the procedure thoroughly. He drew us a picture regarding my son's medical condition and also showed a short video of the procedure to give us a better understanding. We were extremely pleased with our visit. I have been a RN for more than 20 years, but I rarely share that with providers during the first visits. We received excellent care and feel very informed to make a decision for our son.
