Dr Gayla Jackson is very thorough. She will answer all my questions and if she’s not sure about her answer she will double check with staff so that MyChart is updated. When I leave a message, someone will usually call me back within a day during normal business hours. A concern that I do have is that the address at her current location is shown incorrectly—it says 11155 Dunn Rd…it should say 11555 Dunn Rd Ste 109N
