DR. SOKUNBI DID NOT RUSH ME INTO SURGERY FOR MY CONDITION - CHRONIC PAIN - A RESULT OF A PINCHED NERVE. AS I AM 85 YEARS OLD, HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT HOW I WOULD DO UNDER ANESTHESIA, AND OVERALL, DURING, AND AFTER SURGERY. HE EXPLAINED - PATIENTLY, AND THOROUGHLY WHAT WOULD BE INVOLVED. IF ANYTHING I FELT THAT HE WAS TRYING TO DISSUADE ME. LUCKILY I AM NOT EASILY DISSUADED ONCE I SEE A PATH TO FREEDOM FROM PAIN. I AM THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS. LITTLE TO NO PAIN AFTER THE SURGERY - THE WORST WAS THE ITCHINESS FROM THE ADHESIVE. I AM WALKING COMFORTABLY AS A RESULT OF THE SURGERY - AND SOON I WILL GET BACK TO ACTIVITIES I LOVE - LIKE DANCING AND TENNIS. HE IS A REMARKABLE SURGEON, AND A WONDERFUL DOCTOR - WHO LISTENS TO THE PATIENT. THANK YOU DR. SOKUNBI!!! AS A P. S. - I HAVE NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 5 MINUTES FOR ANY APPOINTMENT WITH DR. SOKUNBI! MOST UNUSUAL!
