Front desk friendly and polite. Check in for the appt is on an IPad. Wait time 5mins or less. Dr. Jonnala is a very caring doctor. She gives you the option to see her or her NP, which I appreciate being giving the option if I'm pressed for time. She listens and take the steps needed to provide you with the care needed. Thank you to the staff, NP, and the doctor.
