Dr. Kitagawa is a serous and very knowledgeable doctor in his field, listened during appointments, discussed options, and is always on time for his patients! Had a procedure done and it went flawless and his followup was detailed and he was very patient with questions. Drove all the way from Spokane to Colville to see him and would do it again.
