My Mother went to the ER at Methodist Richardson with burning pain, cramping and leaking from a Foley catheter! Dr Wiss listened and then explained in detail as to why the catheter could stay in or be removed! He had considerate and caring bedside manners! Once his explanation was stated he then considered my Mothers request to remove the catheter! Dr Wiss suspected an infection and he was correct, multiple markers to be exact! He prescribed an antibiotic and suggested a visit with my Mothers urologist in the upcoming days! Thank you Dr Wiss for the kindness and level of professionalism you extended during my Mothers time of need! My Mothers primary Dr is to retire soon and she was hoping to find Dr Wiss had a private practice—unfortunately he does not!
