Friendly, took his time, acknowledged our concerns, calming, immediately remedied the symptoms and didn't rush our family until we felt better about the situation. It was late on a Sunday evening and we weren't able to see the attending/on call physician, and Dr Greer contacted (without us asking) the attending/on call physician to discuss next steps, which we really appreciated.
