I had been to BJI at Franklin before and the experience was so great, I had no doubt where to go for another issue. From the receptionist to the nurse, to the x-ray tech and anyone else you meet.They were very friendly and professional which makes you very comfortable in your decision.I had not met Dr. Watson prior to this and was quite impressed. It was like having a discussion with a good friend. He identified the problem, we discussed different options and he explained a couple of procedures and we of course chose the best for my situation. Definitely 5 star treatment. Follow up and scheduling has also gone smoothly with very timely communication.
