Patient Reviews
Feb 07, 2024
Very happy with the first surgery results of a Cornea transplant. Completed the second operation yesterday. Hoping to get the same results. Original Appt time was 11:30 am, we were called and moved up to 9:20am based on a cancellation. Arrived at 9:05 and checked in. The waiting room had 16 people. We were taken into surgery at 10:50. There was only one person left in the waiting room. In conversation this person told me their appt Time as well had been moved to 9:45 am. This patient was taken in before us. Had a conversation with receptionist which turned into a conversation with three other members of staff. Was told they had complications with prior surgery and that is why they were so far behind. Was last patient left in room. Patients were not taken by scheduled time. Was not informed at all for any delays The staff was not very knowledgable towards customer service. I agreed with them about delays but not the lack of Customer service.
