I have been a patient of Dr. Hefner for 10 years. He is highly experienced, kind, friendly, with a great sense of humor, and an all around wonderful bedside manner. His concern for his patients is very apparent. He takes his time to ensure the patient is fully aware of all details and is generous with his time in addressing questions. Thanks to Dr. Hefner, I have managed chronic, severe lower back pain for a decade without surgery.
