Dr. Weizer is great, Northwell urology needs to break down and hire an anesthesiologist for biopsy procedures - biopsy should be done with conscious sedation, not local; when the needle needs to hit its target and goes outside the sedated area, extreme pain is the result, as I can attest. NOT the urologist fault, it's Northwell that sets the protocol, and it should be changed!
