Dr. Drugas is great, but I have an ongoing problem with labs she requested for me. Labcorp was not given my proper billing information and now they are sending the bill to me personally. I have called on this twice supposedly the billing office has no record of my call as per Mary on 8/2/2021. I sent the bill to the office and it went in the circular file I guess? What no inter office mail? If a doctor calls for labs is it not their responsibility to update my billing information which they have on file to Labcorp, not necessarily her but her billing department. This is the only problem I have had with her office, I like her as a doctor but this is starting to get me angry! The billing department is giving me the run around, I wish they would just do their job!
