Dr. Hiss cared for me while at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue. I was planning on an out of hospital, natural birth but had to be admitted to the hospital due to my membranes being ruptured for nearly 48 hours without active labor starting. Dr. Hiss was the doctor on duty that evening and I cannot say enough about him. He was WONDERFUL. Once I got to the hospital, my labor started naturally and he let me labor and deliver as I had wanted. He was very caring and professional.
