I just wanted to thank him for saving my life so many times he always knew what to do for me he hug me every time I came to him at the end of my visit and told me the truth about my illnesses I really miss him I want him to to know I'm healthy and strong mentally and physically I thank God for you every day I'm 100well I take my medicine faithfully God bless you Dr Jacobs
