After getting what was most likely unnecessary rotator cuff surgery (or at best surgery that was wrongly prioritized because what I badly needed was a shoulder replacement) from Boston Sports and Shoulder, Dr Ross looked at all my records and imagery and explained in detail what was going on with my shoulder (bone on bone), and was very sympathetic to my pain. I was able to schedule surgery within 2 months. The replacement went beautifully and I was back to full activity within 5 months. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross.
