I saw him years ago at Peachtree. He confirmed my diagnosis of Alopecia areata on sight. His assistant had syrynges ready to treat it before I was told anything about it. He did explain and discuss the condition and treatment plan before he started injecting my scalp. When I had questions he listened and answered clearly and reasonably. If I had another question when he was on the way out the door, he stayed and talked to me.We didn't discuss payment at all. I found out when I got a bill in the mail that my insurance did not cover the treatment because Alopecia is considered 'cosmetic'. Luckily, the clinic was able to reduce my bill.
