Dr. Chang is exceptionally knowledgeable. She connects symptoms, drug interactions, and consistently checks for follow up results in order to coordinate exams, diagnosis, and outcomes. I admire her intellectualism. Unfortunately, she is over scheduled. Wait times, delays, and appointment difficulties are problematic. Initial visits are somewhat curtailed, brusque, and do not address the emotional needs of worried patients or caregivers (re my 94 yr old parents). Much improved now!
