i had an OsteoChondrial Lesion on my left ankle, which is a fancy medical term for a traumatic injury of the ankle where a hole in the talus bone and the surrounding cartilage has occured. It must have happened during a previous ankle sprain. It never healed and walking was uncomfortable and often painful.After a few visits to The Center in Bend they got me into surgery. The surgery was well explained in great detail so I had good confidence in The Center and Dr. Grant Branam. I mean literally every person in the O.R. came in, introduced themselves, and explained what they would be doing before I went into surgery. I've never seen that. It's like being treated like a VIP.I'm now just over 2 weeks post surgery and I think Dr. Branam did a fantastic job. Ankle is healing quickly.
