Dr. Sugarman has been my doctor for 6 years, and I am extremely pleased with the care he has provided. I like that he is conservative about ordering tests whenever I describe a symptom. Instead, he offers other options first to get at what's going on. If he doesn't think I have anything to worry about, he says so emphatically; and that provides a lot of relief. I think he is an excellent diagnostician. So far he's batting 1,000. He has an adequate bedside manner, and he has a good sense of humor. I never put off making appointments because I don't dread going to see him. I feel we have a partnership regarding my health care and that I am in good hands.
