Patient Reviews
Dec 08, 2021
I broke my left clavicle in a bicycling accident, but am fortunate to have a good friend who happens to be an orthopedic surgeon. After canvasing the greater Washington D.C. area, my friend was able to refer me to Dr. Osgood as the best in the region. Dr. Osgood was the second opinion that I received and his assistance has been first class. Repairing my left clavicle required a Open Reduction Internal Fixation, as well as replacement of 2 ligaments. It turns out that he had recently performed this same procedure for another referral. Moreover, Dr. Osgood has been exceedingly professional, informative, friendly, and despite massive demand of his skills, was able to schedule me for surgery 8 days after our initial consultation. Due to Dr. Osgood's abilities and assistance, I am well on my way to a complete recovery and a full return to an active life style.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
