Dr Shapiro is patient and explains everything in detail. He takes his time with patients, I never feel rushed, answers all questions. If I have a procedure he calls me with results and if he cannot get in touch with me he will continue to call even if it takes months until he reaches me, most other doctors would give up trying to reach me dr Shapiro is a five star doctor His staff are very nice as well
