Dr. Porter is a great caring Doctor. He follows up personally. He is a genuinely good person. You can feel it when he talks to you. His staff is EXCELLENT. Wait times are normal. It is a VERY busy office. With so many wanting his services it is understandable that staff gets tired. Staff are as patient as humanly possible. He is not there to diagnose. He follows the direction of the neurosurgeon's report to the letter. My shot was administered where I was experiencing NO pain. I asked him about this. He looked at the report again and assured me that this area was correct. He explained in very simple terms what to expect after the shot; that I may need another shot. And that at times even 3 are needed. I did need another one a week later. He explained that it was a textbook procedure. EVERYTHING went right after second shot and I don't need another. He is VERY thorough. Recommend highly
