Honestly, if I had read the reviews, I may not have gone. But I didn't, so I am very pleased with the doctor. I have doctors in my family, and not all are bubbly personalities; some are just doing their job. Some, it's just their personality. I felt like I was in good hands; he was professional and kind to my needs but forward in being honest, which may come across as rude to some, but I totally get it. I am shocked by the other reviews. My concerns were not dismissed; he listened, and when things did not work, he changed my meds. I have weekly follow-ups until we can figure out why. The man knows his stuff. Be direct; he has a lot of ears, noses, and throats to see but will listen to you. And be honest with him if you feel some type of way. A lot of these reviews may deter someone he can help. So what if he's not everyone's cup of tea? You're not there to make besties, lol.
