Dr. Scribner is professional, experienced, and responds to requests in a timely way. I had a lump in my throat and wasn't sure if it was serious enough to come in for. He was consider enough to respond to my email to give me guidelines to know when to come in. It went away on it's own. I've been going to him for about 2 years now and I've been satisfied with the care and the answers he's given.
