My first communication is when I called the office to schedule an appointment and spoke with Jeff. He was very professional, answered all questions and gave helpful information about my upcoming appointment. When I arrived for my appointment Jeff welcomed me and was prepared to answer my questions. Jessica, Dr. Ortiz-Ramsey's assistant was professional and also answered my questions, making me feel so comfortable. She gently took x-rays and pictures for my exam. She is an excellent assistant! The best was yet to come- Dr. Ortiz Ramsey was kind and gentle. Her exam was thorough with a complementary report. I give her TEN stars and highly recommend her. Jeanie Himes
