I really appreciate how much time Dr. Strauss spent with me explaining what was wrong and what my options were. I felt at ease, informed, and didn’t feel pressured or rushed to come to a decision about surgery which seems so common for doctors these days. It’s nice to feel heard, supported, and in competent hands.
