Now a year later I met with him and Dr. Jake today for my year checkup. I am pain free with fantastic mobility. I am a male 69 years old with many injuries to my body. Dr. Chagoya and his team as well as Elmhurst Hospital were fantastic through my whole ordeal. I am so happy I chose Dr. CHAGOYA!!!!!
