I've seen half a dozen psychiatrists over the years, and Dr. Peterson is easily one of the best. During our intake, she was a patient and intentional listener, not rushing to ask the standard battery of questions early, but allowing me to tell my story first. I felt respected and like a partner in my care, unlike with some other clinicians in the past. I scheduled a 3-month follow-up visit without being pressed into earlier appointments, which I also appreciate given personal circumstances. She has done a few other things that go above and beyond, and after our initial visit, I highly recommend her, especially to other women.
