From the start, Dr. Patel made sure to explain every result, image, procedure, and decision being made related to my husband's ICU stay in Panama City, FL. He was kind with an excellent bedside manner, and treated our family members with respect throughout. When it was time to make a tough decision for moving my husband, he explained all of the pros and cons, and helped me come to the best decision for our family. He answered all questions we had, and continually checked in on my husband even after we had left his care. He continues to check in over a month later. His care has meant so much to my husband and our family and, while we hope to not have to be in his care again (ICU), we would choose his care again and again.
