I absolutely loved how she explained a medical condition using a relatable analogy so that my intellectually curious 9 year old daughter could understand. She engaged my daughter by asking her questions about what she thinks would happen if x, y, z. The time Dr Kim took to increase my daughter's health literacy was very welcomed. Dr Kim wholeheartedly possesses the right attitude, skills, and abilities of a doctor in today's health industry where the health literacy of patients is increasingly valued. She is also very kind. My daughter (and I) love her.
