greeted well by his staff nurse and PA. Dr Li’s explanation of the issue was clear and concise. He was realistic about the long term gain. which gave me a realistic idea of the outcome. Bedside manner, excellent. and very kind! he even draws pictures to explain an issue… 5 stars for him and his team
