Dr. Katner saved my life! No one could figure out what was going on with my body. It was not responding in the way that it should have been responding. I was on a ventilator and my heart had stopped for eight minutes. More than a week after this all started, Dr. Katner came in and figured out that it was endocrine related and that it was Cushing’s. (I had not been at Navicent for that whole time. I was transferred from another hospital after a week in ICU and no change.) After his diagnosis, doctors were able to treat me. He is so knowledgeable and caring! You couldn’t ask for better! He has also treated another member of my family. We have nothing but the highest regard for him!
