I've been seeing Dr. Jordan for my anxiety and depression, and it’s genuinely changed how I view medication therapy. Dr. Jordan is insightful and incredibly supportive. Our sessions last just 30 minutes, yet we manage to cover so much, from therapy to managing my overall well-being—all via Telehealth, which I absolutely love for its convenience. It feels less like a typical doctor’s visit and more like a dedicated service tailored just for me. Dr. Jordan has been a significant part of my mental health journey, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone seeking thoughtful and effective psychiatric care.
