Patient Reviews
Sep 23, 2024
After being passed around from gynecologist to gastroenterologist, for 8 months with no answers, I was sent to Dr. Vildibill I had lost 20-25 lbs, limited eating due to the pain after meals, and felt hopeless. Unsure why I was at a surgeon without a diagnosis, I was pleasantly surprised. During 1st visit with Dr Vildibill he listened to the complete story of what I had been through with all the doctors, many of which didn't seem to believe that i had a problem. Dr Vildivill was genuinely concerned for me and my medical situation. He said he believed that I had a medical issue, and that he would work with the oncologist to find the answer. He performed the one test no one had done, the HIDA scan. Found the gallbladder wasn't functioning properly. He also found cysts on the ovary, and that I had mononucleosis. He removed the gallbladder and addressed the other issues. I can't thank Dr Vildibill enough for his determination to help me. I got my life back because he truly cares.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
