But... Dr. Batt is one of the BEST dentists in town. However, his billing personnel is not that great. I am no longer a patient and I really miss his expertise but I DO NOT miss the years of unresolved billing mistakes his staff made. If you can micromanage your billing/money and EOB's then I say give him a try. He is most likely not aware of these issues.
