I strongly suggest you go elsewhere if you are looking for surgery. I would never recommend Dr Patel as he has messed up my right foot so badly that I had to go find someone to fix it. After three years with his lapiplasty the metatarsal shifted and gave me a lump on top of the foot. In addition to the appearance is the pain that started just two years later. He then put in a Cortizone shot that damaged the skin and was excruciatingly painful. The dr who has fixed it said that a doctor should never have put a steroid shot in that area. His efforts to remedy his mistake with another surgery left me shocked and disappointed. Of course I went elsewhere and sought out multiple recommendations on how to go about getting help. I would never consider having him look at my foot again. It’s most disappointing as he has never reached out to see my next steps on remedying the situation after admitting his mistake. Stay away from Prime Foot and Ankle!
