Dr. Patel has been treating me for probably about 5 years at least. The off staff stink but Dr. Patel is great. Whether it’s in person or over the phone, he always puts me at ease. He’ll always ask how things are going (ppl seem to think he’s a therapist… he’s not. He’s a psychiatrist who prescribes meds). I think he’s great. Very approachable, kind hearted, soft spoken & even has a great sense of humor. No idea why ppl have issues but I’m absolutely grateful to have him as my psychiatrist. He deserves better recognition than the reviews I’m reading. I find it hard to believe that he’d be dismissive with any patient! I owe him my a huge debt of gratitude! He’s a great Dr. IMHO!
